Installation

The equipment rental or lease does not include installation, which customers are required to arrange at their own cost.

Please check the equipment’s dimensions to ensure it will fit into the space you’ve allocated for it in your venue.

Also, please ensure the equipment’s electrical rating or gas type is compatible with your venue’s electricity or gas supply.

Warranty

Our ‘Certified Used’ and second-hand equipment is backed by a three-month parts-free warranty.

Brand new machine comes with a 1-year free parts warranty, but the parts come with a 3-month warranty.

If the equipment develops a covered fault within the warranty period, call us or email info@bearcoffeemachine.com.au

We’ll organise a free repair, replacement, or refund.

Once the equipment is out of warranty, customers are responsible for meeting any repair costs.

Rest assured that, if your equipment develops a fault or breaks down after its warranty has expired, we can help you quickly find a repairer or source a replacement machine in as little as a day.

  • Domestic shipping is a flat rate ($10.50 Standard / $12.50 Express).

Return Eligibility
To ensure hygiene and safety standards for all our customers, returned items must be:

  • Unused & Original Condition: The machine must not have been used with water or coffee beans.
  • Complete Packaging: Must include the original box, all internal padding, manuals, and accessories.
  • Factory Sealed: Original security seals must remain untampered with.
  • Note: Defective or damaged items are exempt from these condition requirements.

No Restocking Fees
We believe in fair service. We charge $0.00 restocking fees for all eligible returns. You will receive a 100% refund of the product cost.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping to our Kirrawee, NSW warehouse using a trackable service.
  • Damaged or Defective: If your machine arrives with an issue, we cover 100% of the return shipping cost via a prepaid label.

Fast Processing

  • Cancellations: You have a 24-hour window to cancel your order before it enters fulfilment.
  • Refund Speed: Once our team inspects the return at our Sydney facility, your refund is issued within 7 business days (Mon-Sat).

Arrival Inspection
Coffee machines are precision instruments. Please inspect your delivery immediately. Any transit damage or missing parts must be reported to info@bearcoffeemachine.com.au within 48 hours for a priority replacement.
