We realise that often we are working with customers who are suffering from caffeine withdrawal or cafes that rely on their equipment for trade, so quick turnaround is our aim.

Rate: The Service call out fee is $180 ex. GST which also covers the first 30 minutes of labour on site. We then charge additional labour on site at $100 ex. GST per hour plus parts used.

Saturday call-outs and labour rates are charged with an additional 50%.

Sunday call-outs and labour are charged at double rates.

We offer a 3-month warranty on workmanship and parts used, excluding consumable parts and faults caused by user error and external error.
