Rancilio Silvia Pro Steam Boiler Anti-Vacuum Valve

Replace a faulty anti-vacuum (anti-siphon) valve on your Rancilio espresso machine with this OEM-spec replacement. The anti-vacuum valve prevents boiler siphoning when the machine is switched off — a failed valve causes water to drip from the steam wand or group head after the machine is turned off, or prevents the boiler from building pressure correctly.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does an anti-vacuum valve do?
The anti-vacuum valve (also called an anti-siphon valve) prevents the boiler from siphoning water back through the system when the machine cools down after being switched off. A failed valve is one of the most common causes of post-shutdown dripping on Rancilio machines.
Is this compatible with the original Rancilio Silvia (non-Pro)?
This valve is listed for the Baby 9, Silvia Pro, and Silvia Pro X. Contact our team to confirm compatibility with other Rancilio models.
