Frequently asked questions

Does this include the hose-end fitting?

Yes. The listed contents are the drain tank and its hose-end fitting. A drain hose is not listed as included.

Is this a fresh-water reservoir?

No. This is a water drain box unit, not a fresh-water supply tank.

Will this fit every Carimali machine?

Do not assume universal compatibility. Match your model and version to the list above and compare the original assembly before ordering.

Will this fix a leaking drain?

A leak alone does not identify the faulty component. Have the tank, fitting and connected hoses checked before replacing parts. Disconnect power and let the machine cool before inspection; use a qualified technician for internal servicing.
