Isomac Steam Pressure Gauge — Genuine Replacement

The boiler pressure gauge on your Isomac espresso machine gives you a real-time view of what's happening inside the boiler. If your gauge needle is stuck, reading incorrectly, or not returning to zero when the machine is cold and fully depressurised — the gauge has failed and needs replacing. How to Tell If Your Gauge Is Faulty

The simplest test: turn the machine off, allow it to cool completely, and release all steam pressure via the steam wand. If the needle does not return to zero, the gauge has failed and must be replaced. A faulty gauge does not affect machine operation but makes it impossible to monitor boiler pressure accurately.

Installation Notes

• Always unplug and fully cool the machine before replacing the gauge
• Apply 2–3 wraps of PTFE tape to the gauge thread before fitting
• Thread in by hand first, then tighten with a spanner — do not overtighten
• After fitting, power on and confirm the needle rises to normal operating pressure and returns to zero when cold
