How to Replace a Boiler Safety Valve

1. Isolate the machine from power and allow it to cool and depressurise fully

4. Install the replacement valve hand-tight, then a further 1–2 turns with a spanner
5. Refill the boiler, power on, and check for leaks before returning to service
