How to Replace a Commercial Espresso Machine Heating Element

1. Isolate the machine from power and allow it to cool fully
2. Drain the boiler completely before opening
3. Remove the boiler access panel and disconnect the element wiring
4. Unscrew the old element using the 1" connection and remove it
5. Fit the new gasket and thread in the replacement element — do not overtighten
6. Reconnect wiring, refill the boiler, and test before returning to service
