What is the difference between a 2-way and 3-way solenoid?
A 2-way solenoid has two ports (inlet and outlet) and simply opens or closes water flow. A 3-way solenoid has an additional drain port to release residual pressure after extraction. This is a 2-way valve — confirm your machine's requirement before ordering.

Warranty

Our ‘Certified Used’ and second-hand equipment is backed by a three-month parts-free warranty.

Brand new machine comes with a 1-year free parts warranty, but the parts come with a 3-month warranty.

We’ll organise a free repair, replacement, or refund.

Once the equipment is out of warranty, customers are responsible for meeting any repair costs.
